Fabrications
We have the capacity to take on small to medium fabrications and welded assemblies Upto 5 Tonne. We now offer TIG welding services, specialising in aluminium, stainless steel and copper alongside Mig and manual Arc welding services. Our fabricators are TUV approved to european standards required for the manufacture of aluminium stage and truss. We have on site the capacity to manually cut steel using our Oxy-Acetylene (Flame Cut) burner. CNC flame cut profiles available upon request. We have a good range of presses, punches, folding machines and guillotines on site.
Defibrillator & Ambulance Services
For a number of years now the NHS ambulance services have been an integral part of our business. We have worked very closely with local and national services offering repair and manfacuring services for there medical equipment. From the experience gained from these services, we as a company have diversified into the complete manufacture and supply / fitting of Defibrillator Mounting Systems, suitable for all Zoll ™ devices used in the EMS environment. All our mounting systems are CEN compliant and have been tested to the highest standard. Below are a few services we currently supply mounting systems for:-
