CNC Machining
We offer CNC machining facilities. We have 3 CNC 3-axis milling machines with a capacity up to 1000mm x 2000mm x 600mm on our gantry CNC Drilling / milling mchine and capacity of 880mm X 600mm X 500 mm on our XYZ milling machines. Our CNC turning facilities offer a maximum turning capacity of 360mm MAX dia over sadle bed x 1200mm long.
Drilling
We have a range of pillar and radial arm drillers. For the more accurate of drilling work we have a Richmond Tape Drilling machine, with the capacity to drill components up-to 36”(1000 mm) Wide X 48” (1220mm) Height X 72” (1800 mm) In length and hold to a tolerance of 0.002”
